Elevate Impact Program

Elevate Impact Programme’s aim is to help teams and organisations to move from where they are to where they want to be, by taking an inside out approach to transformation by enhacing teams’ ability to collaborate and co-create effective results.

The programme was created based on the believe that the employees’ inner drive, behaviours and results impact on the team’s outcomes, which impact on the organisation’s desired outcomes, and on reverse the organisation’s culture, processes and technologies will drive employees’ behaviours and results, creating a constant impact circle: elevate impact circle (EIC).

The programme uses Lumina Spark personality test, NLP and applied neuroscience tools and techniques.

Elevating Impact at 3 levels: individual, team and organisation!

1. Status Quo - understanding individuals and team preferred behaviours and current processes.
2. Awakening Awareness - of preferred behaviours and how those impact on goals. Exploring individual Why(s) and motivation.
3. Embracing Diversity & Enhance Collaboration - explore the team's dynamic and its diverse members
4. Decide on the Changes to be Adopted
5. Co-create Results identify individual and team goals, and how they are linked together, to enhance team collaboration and performance.
